Q: What should I do if my paper is showing "under editor evaluation" for over a month?

My article is submitted to an Elsevier journal. Six months after submission, it went to "Under review" for one month. Now it's over one month and the status is showing "Under editor evaluation." What does it mean? Should I send an email to the editor or just wait?
